Whatyou get to do:
The Manager, International Sales will oversee the International business partner sales channel by servicing business partner accounts that cater to guests from outside the United Sates. They will also support our teams around the world by partnering on sales training (of global travel agents), marketing initiatives and developing strategies to grow our volume of guests from outside of the United States.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage client relationships with our International sales accounts: including training on our products and parks, co-op marketing opportunities and sales incentive planning to motivate revenue growth
- Pursue opportunities to add new accounts/clients to our portfolio and drive incremental revenue to the company
- Drive process improvement initiatives to ease administrative burden on our corporate team and our partners and ensure the best possible guest experience
- Represent the United Parks family of brands at travel industry networking opportunities, trade shows, and on-site tours of our parks
Whatit takes to succeed:
- 2-3 years of travel industry/hospitality sales experience, preferably in themed entertainment
- Proven track record of excellent relationship building and client/customer service
- Experience working within a team environment, while providing coaching, guidance and development opportunities
- Moderate skill level with Microsoft Suite of products, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical approach to results with the ability to draw logical conclusions on business trends and course correct when necessary
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a “no job is too small” approach to sales operations
- Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Travel ~25%
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- High level Excel skills
- Experience with SalesForce
