Thousands of Maryland homeowners are ready to repair and improve their homes, and as a Brothers Services Residential Sales Consultant, your job will be to connect them with the projects and services that will help them live a better life in their home. You will work directly with homeowners to understand their needs, inspect their property, and develop a customized solution for their particular project. Along the way you will have the support of a deeply experienced team of remodeling project managers and trade experts who will be available to answer questions and help you build a strong proposal.

Candidates must have the following:
- Knowledge of roofing, siding, gutter, deck, door, window and general construction repair
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- An excellent ability to listen, and understand where another person is coming from
- A strong comfort developing relationships with new people
- A strong comfort performing a demonstration and delivering a presentation
- A strong comfort asking for the purchase and being pleasantly persistent to ensure that a proposal is accepted
- A strong ability to learn and consistently follow a well-designed sales process
- Basic computer software skills (MS Office, including Excel)
- Ability to work on multiple clients and projects simultaneously while keeping all of the little details straight
- A strong desire to learn and grow in a role
- Construction experience is desirable, but not required
- Sales experience is desirable, but not required

Compensation:

- Computer skills: 2 years (Required)
