Schema App is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. You will be on the front lines of our sales process, responsible for sourcing sales opportunities for targeted accounts through cold outreach (email, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach).


As a BDR your goal is to book meetings for our Account Executives to sell our Enterprise offer. Your pay will be a base salary plus commission on meetings attended, and proceed to demo.


Responsibilities

  • Research and identify contacts to prospect into using Apollo.
  • Setup prospects into email sequences and personalize emails.
  • Pick up the phone and cold call into accounts to get meetings.
  • Conduct high-level conversations on LinkedIn, phone and email with SEO strategists and Directors of Digital Marketing to achieve your monthly quota of meetings booked.

  • You are excited to hunt for new business opportunities. Yes, this role has to do cold calls!
  • You are resourceful and open to trying different approaches to get results.
  • You are passionate about learning and looking for personal growth in sales.
  • You love having a schedule and thrives in a routine or process.
  • You are a self-starter who wants to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You have an outgoing and engaging personality. You like to work collaboratively with a team.
  • You have exceptional written and oral presentation skills. Great active listening skills.
  • You have a bachelor's degree and are located in Southern Ontario.
