We are always on the hunt for experienced individuals or recent college graduates to join our Sales Representative quarterly training program. The focus for this role is sourcing and building relationships with customers who have transportation needs. Additional duties include providing competitive rates while maintaining company revenue and margin goals, generating load count, and giving us effort to make you successful!

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have bachelor’s degree OR minimum 2 years' of industry experience

RESPONSIBILITES:

· Building strong partnerships with our customers (Shippers/Manufactures/Warehouse)

· Negotiating shipment rates

· Researching and sourcing shippers to create long term partnerships

· Identifying and understanding the needs of our customers

· Understanding the supply and demand of the market

· Identifying problems and finding solutions

· Growing and maintaining book of business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
