Job Description

Have you been promised a shot at an AE role after a couple of months, 6 months ago?

If you’ve been killing it in your current role, crushing your numbers, with the promise that “someday soon” we’ll give you a shot at being an account executive, you need to talk to us.


Signals Plan

We’ll support you with everything you need, the tech, the tools, the training, the leads. We’ll ask you come and rock it for us. Do that, and after 90 days, you’ll see your first promotion. Keep killing it, after a year you’ll lead a team. Keep that up? You’ll be managing managers.


About Signals:

Signals is a Signal Marketing Platform and Consulting Solutions provider. We specialize in using an AI signal marketing tool, combined with chatbots for B2B (Business to Business) sales, marketing & customer support. We help businesses to generate a sales pipeline by identifying, segmenting, engaging, and converting website visitors through our tools which also include chatbots and live chat. It’s an easy-to-use software that includes a drag-and-drop bot builder, audience-specific targeting, an intelligent FAQ bot, customized reporting, and a sales-focused live chat system.

We've got an amazing story to tell! What do we need? We need someone as excited as we are to tell the story. Someone who loves the full sales motion, prospecting, discovery, presenting, and closing.


We are a start-up that is starting to blow up! We've got something to prove, we're looking for the right rep to join us. Someone who is excited about a revolutionary product that works, rather than imaginary valuations and phantom-ware. Someone who is excited about uncapped commissions and an accelerated commission schedule rather than options that won't ever be worth anything and impressing people with series C funding.


Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to inbound leads
  • Prospect into target accounts
  • Outbound Prospecting
  • Service customers by first identifying their needs and then educating them on our product
  • Become familiar with Salesforce and other SaaS products
  • Present solutions to potential customers using the Signals Platform
  • Responsible for filling their sales pipeline with your prospecting efforts
  • Be timely in email and phone call follow-ups
  • Present contract proposals
  • We are an in-office team in Provo, Utah, not remote, not hybrid, we’re all in office

Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
  • Timely and detailed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Motivated by commissions

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of sales/sales development experience
  • Bachelor's degree
