Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated independent sales representative to

drive company sales by persuading customers to purchase our products.

As one of our sales reps, you take the initiative in finding potential customers,

developing client relationships, and guiding clients through the sales process to find

the product or service that can best satisfy their needs. You need to have excellent

communication skills and must be well-versed in the art of B2B sales and negotiation.

This position is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, enjoys managing their own

client base, and can meet deadlines.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential customers and generating leads through networking and cold-calling new customers
  • Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present
  • TAMPOPRINT products including our complete product range, from pad printing to laser equipment
  • Persuading customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and key features
  • Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing
  • Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations
  • Filling out the necessary paperwork and obtaining customers‘ signatures to complete each sale
  • Communicate actively with our sales team to implement sales strategies and ultimately reach sales goals
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints

Independent Sales Representative Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certified sales professional (CSP) certification is advantageous
  • Valid driver‘s license and the ability to travel to customers
  • Proven sales experience within B2B sales, favorably with the pad printing and/ or laser marking and/ or other printing related industries
  • The ability to work independently
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation package:

  • Commission pay

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 100% travel

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
