Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Onboard new clients and provide ongoing support to nurture long-term relationships.
- Document client interactions, feedback, and resolutions to help improve processes and enhance satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with a solutions-focused approach.
