We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, a strong solar sales background, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and guiding customers through the solar installation process.

Duties:-

Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including Home Depot Stores, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and present suitable solar solutions.
Explain the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Assist customers with the financing and leasing options available for solar systems.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth transition to the installation team.
Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market conditions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.

Experience:-

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry regulations is advantageous.
Proficiency in CRM software tools.
