We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, a strong solar sales background, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and guiding customers through the solar installation process.

Duties:-

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including Home Depot Stores, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and present suitable solar solutions.
  • Explain the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Assist customers with the financing and leasing options available for solar systems.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth transition to the installation team.
  • Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market conditions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.

Experience:-

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM software tools.

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
