Job Description
Reliance First Capital is seeking results driven sales professionals to join our team of Mortgage Loan Originators (Mortgage sales experience not required).
The idea candidate will have a great interpersonal skills, a coachable attitude, and the ability to take the tools and support provided and apply them to the task at hand.
Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process
- Analyze and identify customers’ needs and wishes
- Answer questions about credit terms, product specifications, prices, and availability
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a competitive sales role (Mortgage sales experience not required)
- Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Willingness to go through company paid licensing.
