Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job duty:
- Provide timely service to customers. Answer calls, voicemails, emails in a timely manner. Be available during customers’ working hours to solve application quoting needs. Own the customer and help the business grow with assigned customers.
- Work with an assigned list of customers and provide accurate, timely quotes, enter orders in a timely manner, give technical guidance, ensuring suitability of products to the application.
- Help customers and end users solve difficult problems. Provide unique solutions to help customers solve their most difficult problems.
- Work with technical support team on difficult quotes. Learn from them and develop skills to quote difficult applications oneself.
- Continue to learn about the products offered by GEIM to become proficient in quoting motors.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales managers to provide best-in-class customer service to assigned customers.
- Be a customer advocate into the business and manufacturing plant. Make sure the customers’ needs and desires are communicated into the business and escalated as required.
- Train customers as required on the standard products catalog and internal GEIM tools to help the customers self-serve.
Job requirements:
- Ability to discuss application requirements with customers and translate that into instructions for engineering and manufacturing.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with external customers, internal customers, co-workers, other business functions to ensure customers receive world-class service.
- Positive attitude.
- Knowledge of commercial rules regarding progress payments.
- Ability to manage large projects that take months to years to complete.
- Knowledge of “know your customer” ensuring customers are ethical and are complying with all regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $59,546.00 - $66,436.00 per year
