Junior Brand Sales Representative
Location: Addison, TX

Responsibilities:
- Represent the company's brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Engage with event attendees to create positive brand experiences and foster brand loyalty.
- Communicate key brand messages and product information to educate and inform potential customers.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services and address inquiries effectively.
- Assist in setting up and organizing event displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for engaging event activations and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the sales of products and services.
- Upsell products as suitable.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to contribute to ongoing marketing strategies and product development.
- Maintain accurate records of event attendance, lead generation, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing preferred but not essential.
- Communications, or a related field is a plus. However, not essential as training will be provided.
- Previous experience in event marketing, brand representation, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate brand messages clearly and convincingly.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident personality with a passion for engaging with people.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing event scenarios.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products or services is beneficial.
