Role Description:
We are offering a full-time on-site position as a Business Development Manager at Mindful Tech Solutions Inc. in Knoxville, TN. As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, crafting proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions that meet client needs.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of successful experience in selling customized software solutions to mid-sized and large enterprises.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in crafting compelling content for cold outreach emails and calls.
- Understanding of B2B sales strategies and diverse buyer personas.
- Proficiency in securing Staff Augmentation clients and managing the sales cycle from initiation to closure.
- Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
- Expertise in attending industry events, building professional networks, and nurturing client relationships.
- Experience in demand generation, meticulous pipeline management, and successful deal closures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Staff Augmentation and related services.
- Recent MBA graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and email marketing tools (e.g., Jobdiva, Ceipal & Orwin).
- Familiarity with utilizing Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective sales prospecting.
