The Big Task
The comfort advisor is one of the most important positions in our company. Your job will be to provide our customers with the best customer experience possible while solving their HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. You will accomplish this by first meeting our customers or potential customers at their home or business. Then through a series of discovery questions and exploration of the property you will be able to provide solutions to issues and problems they are experiencing, or additional ones you discover. The goal of the In-Home Sales Representative/Comfort Advisor is to get the customer to allow our company the honor of performing the services we propose.
Key Sub Tasks
- Always representing the company and yourself in a professional manner.
- Develop and cultivate client relationships with past, future, and present customers.
- Continuous learning of product and industry knowledge to help customers’ needs with the right solutions and services.
- Participate in various training opportunities so that you grow and develop as a top professional in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industry.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.

Qualifications
- HS diploma, or college degree preferred.
- Previous HVAC in-home sales experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Neat and professional in appearance.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn a proven sales process and industry product knowledge.
- Ability to use an Android cell phone, iPad, and have basic computer proficiency, in Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet.
- Able to follow up on all sold and unsold jobs until final resolution.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs, climb a ladder, and go in a crawlspace.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- High school diploma or college degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- HVAC Sales: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
