About The Role

The Sales Development Representative II (SDR) at Accusoft plays a pivotal role in driving our lead qualification efforts. Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, the SDR II will engage in activities directly related to generating and qualifying leads. Key responsibilities include executing outbound email nurture programs, managing data entry and collection, cold calling, providing CRM data support, and setting appointments. The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating communication between top-of-funnel prospects and internal technical and sales resources, ensuring a seamless transition through the sales pipeline. This role is crucial in fueling our growth and expanding our customer base.

Ways You Will Contribute to Our Collective Success

  • Generate prospecting lists of decision-makers in target accounts using compliant and accurate contact data
  • Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with ideal-fit customers
  • Follow up and engage with prospects (including C-suite/Directors) who have enquired about the company's product or service
  • Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects
  • Research your prospect's coworkers to find other stakeholders
  • Follow up on existing contacts in your HubSpot to identify to new potential needs
  • Use LinkedIn, CRM, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence to improve processes

The Background and Experience You Need to Support Success

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business or related field and B2B experience in corporate management and sales process environment plus; minimum of 1+ years of experience as an SDR or emerging new business Account Executive.
  • 2+ years in a sales development or related sales field of which at minimum 1 year is in an outbound cold calling SaaS based sales hunting role.
  • Past experience in technical enterprise software offerings, SaaS or technology
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com.
  • Proficient with social selling via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
