Job Description

We are Toronto Water & Air. We specialize in residential water and air treatment products, our company has the most state-of-the-art equipment currently available on the market.

We want to expand our team with motivated individuals who want to make more than average. Our team presents products directly to our consumers, you will be provided with qualified leads and expected to generate leads from our campaigns. We are also in Home Depot stores across Canada. And run the biggest referral programs in the business.

We are looking to fill 3-4 Full-time positions immediately.

You should have prior experience generating leads from marketing campaigns and exceeding sales objectives to succeed in this position. From the moment you make contact with a customer until the sale is finalized, you will utilize your communication skills to build strong relationships with them. You will also ensure that the right after-sales care is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level customer service with maintenance packages and equipment
  • purchases to all company appointments and referrals Ability to work in a timely and professional manner with all customer interactions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills
  • Ability to properly explain the installation process and application of the products and services
  • Submit all paperwork and payments process in a timely manner

Education/Experience / Requirements:

  • Must have a Reliable vehicle and a valid Ontario driver’s license
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or PR (No work permit)
  • Sales experience of 3 years (B2B & B2C preferred)
  • Water filtration experience (asset but not required)
  • Fluent in English (Bi-lingual is an asset but not required)
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (asset but not required)
  • Casual business attire

This position requires candidates to:

  • Perform water & air quality testing
  • Provide Preventative maintenance recommendations for homeowners
  • Be in Home Depot

Shift Details:

Full-time shifts from 1pm-9pm work schedule 5-6 days/week

Saturday hours 10am-4pm

Shifts available Monday - Saturday

Part-time shifts also available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Markham, ON L3R 9R7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • B2B / B2C Sales: 3 years (required)

Language:

  • fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Ontario drivers license and Vehicle (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-10-29
