We are looking for an Inside Sales: Showroom to join our growing team!

We operate 19 branch locations and 14 showrooms throughout Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
Function: As the Inside Sales: Showroom, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the showroom. You will assist with administrative tasks, sales operations, and customer service to facilitate efficient sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with order processing, including entering sales orders into the system, verifying product availability, and coordinating with warehouse staff to fulfill customer orders accurately and timely.
- Support inventory management efforts by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and coordinating restocking activities to ensure adequate product availability in the showroom.
- Provide frontline customer service support by answering phone inquiries and addressing customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales documents, generating quotes, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.
- Managing customer returns and coordinating with warehouse personnel to facilitate the processing of returned merchandise.
- Monitor and review product lead times to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or showroom support, preferably in the plumbing supply industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of plumbing products, fixtures, and materials (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and procedures.
