We work with the best builders in the Texas market and are currently seeking New Home Sales Assistants to fill temporary and part-time job assignments with these builder clients.

Temporary sales assistant assignments are your stepping stone into an exciting and lucrative career with a new home builder. This role is the perfect way to gain both experience and exposure, working with several new home builders to find your ideal match. Essential Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the models and inventory homes.
Welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service.
Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits.
Gathering details and taking diligent notes for the on-site sales team about buyers’ likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home.
Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers

Qualifications:

1+ years’ experience in high-end sales/customer service.
Those with a love for people-facing roles are highly encouraged to apply - Barista (Starbucks), high-end retail sales associate (Nordstrom, Black House White Market), human resources/talent acquisition, flight attendant, teachers, hospitality, etc.
Driven sales professional with a desire to excel in a team-oriented environment.
Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable transportation.

Licensed real estate professionals are required to place their license on inactive statusas a condition of employment to prevent a conflict of interest with our homebuilder clients.
