We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help manage a high-volume of customer orders. This is a fast-paced, challenging position requiring a dedicated individual with experience in customer service and sales. Our Inside Sales Representatives have a lot of autonomy – they have the authority to place orders themselves and they work closely with our outside sales teams to ensure their collections goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve the concerns of current and potential customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and perform financial analysis.
- Recommend solutions and provide advice.
- Present and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Negotiate price and terms of sale.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
- Work as part of a team.
- Provide mentoring to team members.'
