This position is required to work from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring timely, professional, and friendly responses.
- Sales: Promote and upsell our services, convert leads into loyal customers, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule cleaning services, addressing client preferences and needs.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook and Instagram, engaging followers, responding to comments, and building a strong online presence.
- Problem Resolution: Address client complaints or concerns, ensuring satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records in our system. Document, track, measure (leads, conversions)
- Submit weekly reports
- Maintaining clients' relationships with follow-up phone calls
