Our passion for scents began in the kitchen and grew into an experience that our customers love, including our unique candle-making workshops that allow people to create their custom fragrances. At CRAV, every scent is intentionally crafted by our perfumer, ensuring a truly unforgettable experience for every customer. Our new Frisco location offers a fresh opportunity to share this passion with the community.

Position Summary: We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our team at our new location in Frisco! This role is perfect for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury scents and customer service. You’ll be engaging with customers, managing the retail store, and building relationships with local businesses to help us make a lasting impact in the Frisco community. Our new Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in helping us grow by sharing our unique products and experiences with the neighborhood.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to everyone who enters the store
  • Promote CRAV Company’s products and services in-store and through community outreach, including nearby hotels, businesses, and local events
  • Manage day-to-day retail operations, ensuring our store is always welcoming, organized, and stocked
  • Assist customers in creating custom scents in our exclusive candle-making workshops
  • Develop and foster relationships with nearby businesses to grow awareness of our products and experiences
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet sales goals, with potential commission opportunities on high-traffic days
Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a presentable and polished appearance
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a drive to grow with the company
  • Experience in sales or retail is a plus
  • Comfortable engaging with the community and promoting CRAV Company’s luxury brand
  • Availability for our retail hours: Tuesday - Friday from 12pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday from 11am-8pm
