- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts/errors, and decompose high-level information into details.
- Identify, accumulate, and compile statistical data using mathematical computations. Transcribe the data to reports, charts, forms, and effective presentations.
- Develops, analyzes, and reports trends for various financial and non-financial factors, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and statistical reports related to FSR assets, asset utilization, work management, client usage and regulatory compliance.
- Develop Scope of Work documents and assist FSR management with SAP shopping cart submission.
- Collaborates closely with Corporate Procurement to ensure vendor contract compliance of terms and conditions, negotiated pricing, effectiveness of provided services/materials.
- Produce high quality products/documents, including accountability for the accuracy and validity of data and assumptions.
- Administration of master data in various FSR systems/applications including ensuring the uniformity, accuracy, stewardship, semantic consistency, and accountability of shared data.
- Supports day to day functions related to acquisition, ownership, maintenance, and retirement of assets.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with end users, other departments, FSR management, and vendors.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert and/or System Administrator for Fleet Focus, SAP, GPS Insight, Fuel Force, MobilEye and other FSR related systems.
- Assist management in the assessment and development of financial transactions such as forecasting, planning, journal corrections, system uploads, cost reviews and documentation.
- Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
- Prepare recommendations or other documents to adequately document decision making information.
- Develop, document and review FSR operational processes, practices, and methodologies.
- Researches, responds to and/or completes special project assignments, as required.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft products (Excel, Power Point, and Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, supply chain, data science, data analytics or a relevant business/technical discipline field.
- Will consider relevant job-related CenterPoint Energy experience for non-degree candidates
- Requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in support of FSR asset management, reporting, data analytics, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Consultant role.
