Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative in the Dallas - Fort Worth area to join our team. This Sales Superstar will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

No cold calling: 8-12 leads are set for you each week

  • Meet with homeowners to help transform their outdoor spaces

Help clients dream

  • Come alongside clients in their decision making process to educate them on all of the options that exist in the market today
  • Build and treat prospective and existing clients as if they were your own family
  • Create urgency for homeowners to bring their projects to reality, to experience their backwards like they never have before

Connect and call Zion home

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction including collecting payment and your managing projects to completion

Celebrate the big and small wins

  • Meet or exceed sales targets regularly

Meeting homeowners when they are home

  • Required to work evenings and Saturdays Closed on Sundays
  • Travel to meet clients daily. Home every night

Skills:

  • Proven sales experience regardless of industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in using technology, experience with CRM Software preferred
  • Able to meet the physical demands including but not limited to standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Earning Potential & Benefits:

Performance based pay structure, rewards are directly correlated to your performance:

$60,000 - $70,000 for an OK sales representative

$75,000 - $85,000 for a good sales representative

$100,000+ for a Zion Sales Superstar

Due to the nature and need of establishing a sales pipeline within this role, a temporary salary is offered during the initial onboarding process to bridge this training gap.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
