Our out-of-the-box solutions and services span the entire cold chain—from initial processing to final mile delivery, and everything in between.

Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, our storage operations are currently spread across North America, and expanding as we develop, build, and acquire best-in-class cold storage facilities to serve our customers’ needs.

What we’re looking for:

In this position you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends and inefficiencies, developing strategic plans to optimize sales processes, and improving efficiency. You will also drive revenue by collaborating with sales leadership to implement data-driven improvements across the sales organization, often including territory planning, quota setting, and sales technology management within NetSuite CRM.

Candidates should reside in the Atlanta area to allow for regular collaboration in our Corporate Office. May consider someone remote if they are an ideal candidate. Candidates must be able to travel in the U.S., Mexico and Canada if necessary.This position is not open to non-citizens or anyone requiring employment sponsorship. What you’ll do (including, but not limited to):

  • Extract insights from sales data to identify areas for improvement, including lead generation, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and customer segmentation.
  • Design and implement streamlined sales processes, including lead qualification, opportunity management, and account planning.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends, contributing to strategic sales planning.
  • Analyze market potential and assign territories to sales representatives to maximize coverage and sales potential.
  • Set realistic sales quotas for individual sales reps and teams aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate and manage sales technology platforms to ensure data accuracy and optimize sales team productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop training materials and support sales associates with best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies and achieve company goals.
  • Initial rollout support of the new Envision Cold Sales Process
  • Continuous process optimization working closely with Business Development and NetSuite CRM
  • NetSuite CRM alignment and utilization support for Business Development.
  • Project manage development of RFPs and other Customer Proposals.
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development to prepare communications (visuals, presentation decks, etc.) for Customer meetings.
  • Develop and manage process for capturing customer feedback from Customer Quarterly Business Reviews, top-to-tops, customer service issues, etc.
  • Liaise with Operations and Human Resources to cross functionally address customer issues.
  • Develop scorecards and tracking tools to quantify and monitor issue “themes”.
  • Drive accountability and more internal awareness of customer issues.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements:

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or business analysis, ideally in a management or senior individual contributor role.
  • Experience with NetSuite CRM required.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, territory management, and pipeline management.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong background in data analytics, working with sales performance metrics, and using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing executive-level reports, delivering presentations, and working with sales teams.
