Overview

Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct territory management to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize software tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to strategize on lead generation and follow-up initiatives.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating their value to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement in sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and territory performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in moving, storage or decommission sales, with a focus on territory sales management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking, CRM management, and data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Technical sales experience is preferred, particularly in understanding complex products or services.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective strategies based on insights gained.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
