Advanced Distributor Products (ADP)
is a business unit under the Home Comfort Solutions segment of Lennox International. At ADP, you’ll help our wholesale distributor customers grow with our innovative evaporator coils, air handlers, and other products.
Job Description:

WHAT IS THE ROLE


As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will positively impact the development and implementation of marketing plans for ADP's products and services to meet established targets. The focus for this role is B2B.


WHAT YOU WILL
BE DOING

  • Work with executive management to set overall marketing strategy, including the financial metrics for marketing programs. Plan and execute a marketing budget in support of business goals.
  • Develop and lead a high performing marketing team that will plan and execute innovative marketing and advertising programs in support of business goals.
  • Lead commercialization strategy and execution for new product introductions in collaboration with product management and sales.
  • Develop and oversee customer facing elements and touchpoints including digitization strategy and customer events.
  • Design and maintain merchandising guidelines for our brands, generating new and innovative ideas while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
  • Manage, develop, and implement sales enablement processes, promotion policies, programs, and initiatives to maximize the return on our marketing investment and support business goals.
  • Research, evaluate and recommend enhancements to the market positioning of the organization's products or services.
  • Direct promotion programs to align with defined company marketing and sales strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies.
  • Adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
  • Liaise with other business unit marketing leaders to ensure marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives.

Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8 years related experience, including marketing to wholesale distribution.
  • Strong business acumen and expertise in marketing strategy and best practices.
  • Ability to manage a team and lead cross-functional work groups.
  • Preferably someone with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of a Microsoft Office and other related technologies.
