Helios, is an industry leader in providing Managed Services, IT Solutions, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager, in the Cambridge Ontario office. We are searching for ambitious individuals, ready to begin a career in the dynamic technology industry.
Responsibilities will Include:
- Developing a call list for you assigned territories.
- Making business to business outbound sales calls
- Identify and proposing solutions to address customer pain points.
Other duties as assigned.
The business development manager will receive a base salary, plus an aggressive monthly incentive plan with no earning ceiling.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be comfortable making phone calls as all sales are phone based. Candidates must be independent, with the ability to solve problems and negotiate. An ambitious outgoing personality is ideal for this position.
Must be comfortable with Microsoft based technology solutions and hardware platform.

Salary: plus an aggressive commission plan
