Our award winning local Allstate Agency is seeking a P&C licensed insurance representative that will assist with onboarding our new customers and make their transition to Allstate SEEMLESS! In addition, you will work alongside our customer service team who provide thousands of clients the friendly, personalized service that our agency is known for.

This is an in office position for our Agency located in Fox Lake, IL with the ability to go to a hybrid (partial remote) schedule in the future, after training and certain benchmarks are met.

Compensation package includes hourly base wage, DOE plus opportunities to Bonus!

Salary: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding tasks with our sales team members and our new clients

Assist new clients with cancelling their prior policies via conference call, email, or fax

Provide feedback to management to help improve customer onboarding processes.

Document and notate your work as required

Assist our existing customers with day to day servicing tasks (vehicle changes, added drivers, claims, etc.)

Answer on average 15-25 inbound phone calls per day

Manage your tasks in an effective and efficient manor

Identify and act on opportunities to expand our clients insurance portfolio when appropriate

Requirements

Valid IL Property & Casualty Insurance License *Required*

Self starters with a sense of urgency to get the job done right

Dependability and reliability are a must

Be open to coaching, participate in team meetings, and learn WITH US

Bring your positive attitude, desire to learn, drive to win, and passion to assist others everyday

Ability to manage several tasks at once and remain organized
