Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to identify market opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and enhance our overall market presence. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for sales and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align business development strategies with overall sales goals.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads and manage client interactions effectively.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of results.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders on business development progress and outcomes.

Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
