PURPOSE & DUTIES
This is a full-time entry level on-site role as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ELM Landscape Management. As a BDR, you will be responsible for lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and qualifying potential clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and contributing to the growth of the company. This position will work exclusively with commercial clients in outside sales and will be provided with a company vehicle.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Lead Generation and Sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business development abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Outside Sales Experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- Landscaping industry experience
- Spanish Fluency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
