Job Description
YOUR ROLE
Under the supervision of the Regional Director, the incumbent implements the company’s marketing strategies within his/her designated territory to increase sales for assigned products and store brands. He/she also ensures a strong business relationship with customers (stores) within such territory.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with stores (managers)
- Oversee business growth within the assigned territory
- Ensure customer satisfaction and innovate with new initiatives
- Maintain business relationships with stores through various presentations
Qualifications
- High school diploma (DES)
- 2 years' experience in sales and business development
- Experience in retail sales (various departments)
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Frequent travel to stores, about 80% of the time
- Recognized for innovation, analytical thinking and excellent customer service
- Valid driver's license (province)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability in business development
- Ability to successfully implement innovative projects
- Bilingual (English-French)
