Earning Potential: $150,000 - $200,000 a year

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, preparing proposals, and recommending solar systems that meet the unique needs of residential and commercial clients. By educating customers on the benefits of solar power and designing tailored solutions, you’ll play a key role in driving the transition to renewable energy and fostering sustainable growth. This role offers the opportunity to make a real environmental impact while advancing your sales career.

Position Overview:As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with potential customers and driving sales of our solar energy systems. You’ll manage the sales process from initial contact to close, providing expert guidance on solar options and financing. This role involves meeting with homeowners, conducting assessments, and delivering customized proposals to support each customer's transition to solar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations to discuss solar options with prospective clients.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service.
  • Preparing documentation, gathering necessary client information, and scheduling client meetings.
  • Answering client questions, providing product details, and addressing inquiries to build customer interest in solar energy solutions.
  • Coordinate with your Sales Team to help meet sales targets and track progress, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Present tailored proposals and answer any questions clients may have.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with engineers to ensure accurate proposal preparation.
  • Proactively engage with local communities and potential clients through direct outreach to generate leads and increase awareness of our solar solutions.
  • Develop a strong presence in target neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners and helping them understand the benefits of renewable energy options.

Qualifications:

  • Background in sales or customer service; experience in the solar industry is a plus, minimum 1 years experience
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable with technology and using CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Additional pay:
