Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in outside sales, account management, and technical sales, with the ability to effectively communicate product benefits and conduct engaging product demonstrations.

Duties

  • Obtain the training on the features of our cutting-edge ice cream machine
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management in CRM software
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer insights to support continuous improvement

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Sufficient with communicating with potential customers on social media
  • Strong background in outside sales with a focus on account management
  • Familiarity with technical sales processes and product demonstrations
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and trends
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
