Position Summary:
As a Direct Sales Representative for Nexus Marketing Management, you will play a key role in reconnecting with previous clients, generating new leads, and promoting Nexus Marketing Management’s suite of healthcare products and services. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales and cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise in healthcare sales and your dedication to customer success will help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential new clients through direct outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our client’s products, solutions, and services, customizing the message to the account’s needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and healthcare needs specific to the San Antonio market to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts with Nexus Marketing Management’s growth objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, providing feedback and insights to continuously improve the sales approach and achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of direct sales experience in healthcare or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate Nexus Marketing Management’s value effectively.
- Client Focused: Strong commitment to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that foster trust and loyalty.
- Adaptable & Strategic: Ability to work independently, adapt to evolving client needs, and respond strategically to a competitive market.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-driven with a results-oriented approach to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital presentation tools.
