Position Overview
We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. This role involves proactive outreach, relationship building, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets. We are growing rapidly and with success in this role you can unlock multiple growth pathways for your career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce 911 IT’s services and solutions, and schedule meetings with them.
· Complete at least 100 dials daily and respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails.
· Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on prospects and leads.
· Develop an in-depth knowledge of 911 IT’s sales strategy to effectively communicate value propositions and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for prospects.
· Collaborating with team members, following successful strategies and supporting team goals.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and position 911 IT as the preferred IT solutions provider.
· Provide regular reports on your lead generation activities and sales performance to the sales manager.
· Adapting to changes in team dynamics, leadership, or roles while maintaining productivity.
· Learn our strategy, vision, mission, values, products, and services.
· Master the company's telephone systems, CRM, email, and all other tools needed to perform effectively in this role.
Qualifications
· Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred but not required.
· Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
· Demonstrated success independently turning sales and marketing strategies into qualified leads is preferred but not required

· Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
