20-year Security Hardware Company is looking for an ambitious and motivated new team member to join us!
MEI Lock & Security is seeking an entry-level inside Sales Representative who’s talented, hard-working, and would like an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
We’re a well-established company offering a high-growth potential position!!
Hourly:
$17~$22 based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Taking & making phone calls
- Assist with all walk-in customer and sales calls
- Coordinate order processing with the sales manager and all team members.
- work with production team and shipping personnel daily
- Maintaining accounts
Key requirements:
- Strong phone presence and aggressive on phone calls
- Successful completion of college diploma or equivalent education level
- Proficient working knowledge on basic MS office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook &, etc)
- Able to travel outside of the US
- Sales/customer service experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Bilingual in either Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks system is also a plus
Qualifications:
- Follow up with customers during all stages of the sales cycle
- Collaborate with all departments including sales, production, shipping, and customer service.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently

Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience and might be adjusted based on performance after three-months probation.
