Job Description

Our innovative organization in the psychedelic-assisted therapy space is seeking a talented and versatile Sales Specialist to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in inbound marketing and sales, experience with CRM systems and excellent communications and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Generate revenue and achieve sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and efficiently utilizing CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish strong customer relationships by understanding needs, delivering personalized solutions, and leveraging CRM systems for accurate record-keeping and customer insights.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of products/services, stay updated on industry trends, and utilize CRM systems to communicate features, track customer preferences, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the team, contribute to planning, and manage sales activities, track leads/opportunities, and generate accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Commit to personal growth, seek feedback, and leverage CRM systems for data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies and achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • College education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Healthcare
  • Proven experience in inbound marketing and sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and delivering results.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and their applications in sales
  • Understanding of the healthcare system is a valuable asset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
