Here's what we're looking for:

Requirements:

- Exceptional multitasking skills to handle various communication channels

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams

- Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders and inquiries via phone, web chat, text, and email

- Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and troubleshooting

- Provide knowledgeable assistance on products, pricing, and availability

- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
