Are you passionate about healthcare and making an impact? Join our team as a Pharmacy Sales Representative! We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on building relationships, connecting with healthcare providers, and driving sales for our independent pharmacy.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to various healthcare facilities, including doctor's offices, clinics, and hospitals, in the DFW – North Texas area and neighboring states to promote our pharmacy services and products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, and office staff.
- Educate healthcare providers on our pharmacy offerings, including prescription medications, compounding services, and specialty products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Log work activities using pharmacy provided software programs and applications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to show efficient organizational, time management, and professional skills.
- Must have a reliable source of transportation.
