**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to track progress and analyze data.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
**Experience:**
- Must have proven experience in business development or B2B Sales.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
