What you will do
The Strategic Accounts Executive's primary focus will be to operate as a hybrid sales contributor to the National Accounts Organization. They will be responsible for securing new business on a national level by hunting for new customer acquisitions in the security domain while also working on a pre-defined set of accounts. This position will work collaboratively with the National Accounts Executives and Global Account Executives across the country to penetrate the existing National accounts business in Canada. This is a collaborative role working closely with the local sales and operations teams to drive new revenue across the assignment in service and install operations.
How you will do it
Identify and win new customers in Physical security at National capacity.
Collaborate with other JCI teams and divisions to acquire new accounts and projects.
Discover new opportunities with customers and address customer challenges using JCI security offerings.
Manage assigned accounts security business, ensuring customer satisfaction is always top priority while also collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations. Develop account plans and update them regularly to capture customers’ goals and objectives.
Establish a cadence of regular meetings with customer’s key stakeholders.
Leverage sales tools (Salesforce) to manage all aspects of Sales activities as well as funnel management.
Work and coordinate with global teams, as required.
Ensure that all sole opportunities comply with corporate safety programs.
Responsible for ensuring that corporate policies associated with affirmative action and equal employment opportunity for all are fully implemented, managed, and monitored. Abide by Federal, Provincial and local laws and regulations, as well as Company policies and procedures.
What we look for
Required
Bachelor’s degree or post secondary diploma Cegep in a business, management or related technical program of study.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security and intrusion system environment with a track record in dealing with major end users.
Bilingual French and English
Ability to travel 30% to 50%
Strong, positive leadership skills. Action oriented.
Strong understanding of market trends, code compliance and physical security codes.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record.
