Envision3 is a commercial print, direct mail, and packaging plant located in Bloomingdale, IL. Business development is a vital part of any business and serves as the liaison between client and company. Envision3 is looking for a motivated representative that will develop new business across a variety of products: Print, Packaging, Direct Mail, and Fulfillment/Assembly Services. A qualified candidate will represent the company by conveying expertise in our services and capabilities. This representative will know critical client specifications and is responsible for communicating details to the estimating and production staff. Though not responsible for the manufacturing of the products, the business development representative is actively involved in the process and will update the client as necessary. Equally important is the responsibility to follow up on quotes, obtaining meetings, and dialogue with the client on expectations. Qualifications:

Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Highly focused on problem solving for clients
Competent in CRM platform
Proven 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and lead generation

Expectations:

General knowledge of print specs and the printing process
Enter RFQ’s into estimating
Write up an order accurately and turn in to production
Acquire new clients as well as grow business from existing clients year over year
Obtain new customers annually
Developing new lines of business from existing clients
Targeting key prospects and retain business.
Make outbound calls and emails daily and set qualified meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
