Job Description

DIME Industries is a well-established licensed cannabis company in search of a dynamic Account Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in our company's growth. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, as well as developing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on sales and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct warm calling and prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products and services
  • Participate as a Brand Ambassador at dispensary events
  • Train budtenders on our new and existing products
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
  • Travel to all dispensaries within your designated region
  • Manage reorder processes for accounts

As an Account Executive, you will collaborate with various dispensaries to understand their procurement requirements and ensure that our products are consistently stocked and prominently displayed in each store.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales, particularly in cannabis sales. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage accounts.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in cannabis sales or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for growth
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
