Job Description
Seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage and support the order process for vegetation management. Business hours for this role is 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.
Pay: $35.62/hour W2
Start: Mid-May
Duration: 18 months (40 hours per week)
Location: Rialto, CA (Hybrid – onsite Wednesdays)
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant customer service/order fulfillment experience
- Strong Excel experience and workforce management system experience
- Strong vendor management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and strong attention to detail
- Work collaboratively and in fast-paced environment, able to pivot and make decisions quickly
Preferred Skills:
- SAP, LandVision experience preferred
- Contractor management experience
- Data analysis or project analysis experience
