Position: Roofing & Waterproofing Sales Representative
Location: New England Region
Salary: $85K- $95K + Excellent Compensation Bonus Package
MUST HAVE ROOFING AND WATERPROOFING EXPERIENCE!
A high-quality building envelope construction manufacturer is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to launch and develop the New England region. The ideal candidate will have architectural engineering and owner sales experience, with a proven track record in relationship and consultative sales in the specification market. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with distribution partners and independent reps to grow the market.
Call on architects, engineers, owners, and contractors to introduce products and offer technical consultation for roofing, waterproofing, and surfacing projects.
Utilize the company CRM for effective sales reporting, opportunity tracking, and follow-up.
Visit project sites to review conditions and assess material application requirements.
Provide detailed scopes of work and specifications for projects.
Drive sales by building relationships and successfully closing deals.
Gather competitive market information on pricing and products to stay ahead.
Conduct group presentations using PowerPoint and participate in trade organizations.
Requirements:
Must have roofing and waterproofing experience.
Proven success in architectural engineering and owner sales.
Strong consultative sales background in the specification market.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the New England region.
