Job Description
The sales account representative is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts. They work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The sales account representative also identifies and pursues new business opportunities with their assigned accounts.
Sales Account Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service
- Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and recommend appropriate products/services to address them
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (e.g. marketing, implementation, support) to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the existing account base
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets
- Provide regular reports and analysis on account performance and sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to provide effective solutions for clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple accounts

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
