We are looking for Sales Executive, with min 1- 2 years of experience to lead our hydroponics and related service projects. The ideal candidate should have understanding of hydroponic farming, project management and passion for sustainability. As Hydroponics Sales Executive, you will oversee all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to managing the team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue and relationships with new customers through prospecting.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits, usage and maintenance of hydroponic related services and systems.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and relevant market information.
- Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring client satisfaction.
- Create network with potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create and execute targeted campaigns to promote hydroponic products and services.
- Stay informed about local regulations, environmental considerations and best practices related to hydroponic farming and related services.
- Lead the team responsible for designing and implementing hydroponic systems, managing plant health and nutrient requirements and implementing pest management strategies.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for change.
Qualification required:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Business or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in hydroponics sales and services, with a track record of meeting targets.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of hydroponic systems, equipment and cultivation techniques along with a passion for sustainable agriculture.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and provide tailored solutions.
- Problem-solving mind-set and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hydroponic systems.
- Flexibility to travel with the assigned territory to meet clients.
