ABOUT ACCEL ENTERTAINMENT

Accel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. Our focus is providing unmatched customer support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses and generate more revenue.

SUMMARY

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, maintaining accuracy of Salesforce by interpreting incoming information from the field and updating account information accordingly, processing Extensions daily, running reports, and completing additional tasks as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the management of the Company’s location-related contracts, including basic review, and escalating issues. Types of agreements include, but are not limited to, video gaming location terminal use agreements/addendums/amendments
  • Work closely with the Compliance Department and Sales Operations Team to ensure compliance with internal processes and rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor Customer Contracts through the 2nd vetting process before uploading to the DUS Portal
  • Review and process Customer Contract extensions, automatic renewals, addendum requests, and termination notices
  • Manage Salesforce regarding proper tracking and updating of term commencement/expiration dates
  • Monitor Location Ownership Changes/Contact Relationship/Mail Merge Recipients
  • Assist the RM Operations Team with various projects, as needed
  • Assumes additional responsibilities, as assigned
  • Helps maintain the integrity of Salesforce by running reports and updating various fields such as: go live dates, dba name changes, contract details, temporary closures, and discontinued accounts
  • Assist the Director of Relationship Management with assigning Relationship Managers to upcoming live accounts
  • Assist the RM Ops Team with presenting department information and training to incoming employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of one to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently or as a team
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, high integrity, and consistent follow-through on tasks
  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and assist the team when needed
  • Experienced in processing information (such as compiling, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data)
