Easy Stones currently maintains 14 distribution centers across the United States with plans to add several more distribution centers in the coming years. Easy Stones product line is imported from over 25+ countries on six continents bringing the very best products to the North American Market and its product offering includes an extensive selection of granite, marble, porcelain, quartz, quartzite, and other natural stone products.
The Outside Sales Representative will increase market share and sales for Easy Stones in the Houston and neighboring areas. Increase account base by servicing existing customers and expand account base through cold calling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly sales calls - includes servicing existing customers as well as cold calling potential customers
- Self-Starter who prepares weekly sales, calls, and reports.
- Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.
- Develop monthly strategy for sales calls, and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly travel calendars based on that strategy.
- Conduct area market analysis of top accounts in each area – including Top Regional and National Builders, Designers, Retail, Multi-Family Builders, Remodel Contractors, Kitchen and Bath Dealers and Distributors.
- Increase market share by expanding sales and sales volumes while maintaining the company’s margin and integrity.
- Onboarding customers and Utilize influence and negotiation skills to sell and increase Easy Stones brand awareness.
- Conducts client follow-ups with constant customer communication via phone calls, and/or emails.
- Provide expert product knowledge to the customer for meetings and seminars.
- Willing to perform other departmental and team duties as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years in channel distribution sales or wholesale experience required.
- 3+ years related industry (natural stone, quartz countertop sales) experience required.
- Ability to determine solutions for customers.
- Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
