Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Dry Force, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business

forward. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with property owners and managers who

have experienced water damage and introduce them to our comprehensive restoration

solutions. You'll be the friendly face of our company, guiding clients through the restoration

process and tailoring our services to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, insurance professionals, and

other key stakeholders

- Conduct on-site assessments to understand the extent of water damage and provide accurate

estimates

- Collaborate with our skilled restoration teams to ensure seamless project execution

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to

clients

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while upholding our commitment to exceptional

service

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients

- Knowledge of water damage restoration processes (a plus)

- Valid driver's license
