Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen, particularly in technology sales. The Sales Representative will play a key role in business development and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
Duties
- Provide excellent service support to clients overseas and in North America , assigned by the Sales Manager, including pricing proposal, service follow-up, notification on price/service updates, etc.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through various channels, by performing outgoing calls and virtual meetings
- Support Sales Manager to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets, and generate sales forecast
- Identify potential customers/business opportunities
- Assist the Sales Manager with business strategic planning
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Business Administration /Marketing/Supply Chain
- Previous experience in Supply Chain industry is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in customer relations
- Mandarin is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in an office environment is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
